My Big Head Bucket is for people looking for comfy, low stakes sun protection, who are tired of having their head squeezed by off the rack hats. This buddy is slightly structured and fully reversible. Perfect to toss in any tote and have on the ready. Stay cool, protected and funky fresh any time, any place.
Handmade and shipped from my small Colorado studio.
Circumference of 26" with a 3.5" brim.
Printed by hand on a linen/cotton blend, using water-based ink, then over-dyed in small batches. Reverse side is lined with a cotton canvas, denim, or Brussels Washer linen solid.

All products are handmade, by Mandy Lou Hicks, in Golden, Colorado.
Raw textiles are first silk screened by hand using water-based inks, before being over-dyed in small batches to ensure an efficient use of water.
They're then sewn and packaged plastic-free in the same studio where they were initially designed—minimizing our footprint while maximizing the sustainability of my truly small business.
The handmade nature of these goods means that each piece is slightly unique in its final appearance and hue. But that's what makes handmade so rad, right? ...That one of a kind, deeply loved, forever quality of each and every item.
Care
Care
When needed, spot treat then machine wash on cold. Tumble dry and iron flat.
With frequent washing, or use of warm water, the color may fade over time. (While softening and adding to its lovely retro vibe.) Please note that exposure to salt water or chlorine will hasten this fade effect, in a rad new way.

I do my best to honor one week processing. Occasionally, if materials are unexpectedly delayed, I will reach out to give you a head's up that more time may be needed.
