Product Care
All textile goods are printed and dyed by hand, using water-based inks and non-toxic dyes. Because of this, and the natural, cellulose fibers I work with, your goods may change some over time and use. If you’re aiming to maintain the original condition of your item, please follow these steps closely: 
When needed, spot treat then machine wash on cold. Tumble dry and iron flat (if you’re into that sort of thing).
With frequent washing, or use of warm water, the color may fade over time. (While softening and adding to its lovely, one of a kind, retro vibe.) While I do pre-shrink my textiles, almost all are a linen/cotton blend, so use of hot water may shrink them further.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise specified. Occasionally, the flow and restock of my materials may be disrupted, in which case I will reach out to you directly to inform you of any potential delays, and offer a refund if necessary. 

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS from Golden, CO, using 100% plastic-free materials. Orders typically take 3-5 business days from the day they’re shipped to get to most domestic destinations.
I offer international shipping, but am not responsible for customs costs or tax duties that may be applied. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, and typically take a minimum of 10 days to arrive.

Lost Packages
I am unable to account for packages once they head out into the big wide world, via USPS. I know it’s rare for our amazing postal service to misplace a package in transit, or for one to be taken from your doorstep before you’re able to get it inside. But unfortunately, I’m unable to cover the costs of any lost items and assume no responsibility for their whereabouts once they’re checked in at the post office.

Returns and Exchanges
If you have any issue with your goods once you receive them, please contact me within a week with the details of your order and issue. Products returned in their original form, within 30 days of your delivery, are eligible for refund. At this time, I’m unable to cover the cost of return shipping. 
I pack all of my goods snugly and securely, so I do not offer a refund or exchange for items that were damaged in transit, but am happy to work with you to try to get to the bottom of what may have occurred. Just shoot me a line and I’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund for any custom pieces or for gifts.

Your Privacy
I deeply value the privacy of my customers. Your information will only be used for order fulfillment and not shared with any third parties.
